Firstly, it is important to know that when you make your first purchase through our platform, an account is automatically created for you, and there are two ways to access your ebook:

By Email

Once your purchase is approved, you will receive an email containing the access information for your content. This email has the title "Purchase approved: Everything is ready to access your product!" When you find the email in your inbox, set your password, and with it, you can access the content. The files will be available for download on the Hotmart platform. Very important: if after downloading you need to set a password, it will be your own email, the one you registered when making the purchase. If you have already purchased other products on our platform, the password is the same as the one you used to access the other products that Hotmart has already delivered to you.

On the Hotmart Platform

If you couldn't find the email in your inbox, don't worry!
